Subscription 2011-12 - agreed at £40.00, unchanged. To be paid by June 2011 meeting date.
Format of meetings – maintain the current informal format where anyone with work to show simply brings it along. Only to be reviewed if any problems of numbers arises.
Spring Keynote Speaker – Denis Thorpe, on Sunday 17 April 2011 (full details to be advised)
Annual Exhibition - thanks to Dave Lewis for all his hard work on the members annual exhibition at South Ribble Museum and Exhibition Centre. Possibility of re-using the same framed images in a second exhibition?
Website – members encouraged to refresh their images through the webmaster (information on format to be reviewed and notified to members). Positive steps to be taken to maintain and regularly update information – possibility of creating a newssheet.
